It’s never been easier to buy online, at GoGo&Co we ship all over the world and use the trusted Australia Post as our delivery method.
Or now we have a distributor in the USA for GoGoSac who can post out your new GoGoSac at great local USPS rates. Through the rain & heat and sleet and the snow we will get your package to you as fast as possible. When applicable we will provide a tracking code.
In Australia we use Express post which usually arrives the next day or so depending on the destination.
For international packages it is estimated between 7 – 10 days. We post out most days during the week, so rest assured you will get your new GoGoSac Toy storage solution or your new GoGoMat play mat for babies asap.
If we are sending overseas we package up in ‘tuff bags’ for the journey. We can also send your purchase to another person, say for a birthday, Christmas, baby shower gift or just a cute baby gift so be sure to put that into your order when you sign-in to your shopping cart under the sending address field on step 2 of check-out
If you are wanting to check how much postage & shipping is as an estimate, just place the items into your shopping cart then go to the ‘view cart’ area under the check out button on the top navigation and put in your destination, we will then send it off instantly to Australia Post to get an estimate.

GoGo&Co is a business set up in Sydney Australia with an (ABN#32 671 310 699) that offers some simple & clever products for both parents & children. GoGo&Co is bound by the National Privacy Principles as set out in the Australian Privacy Act (Cth) 1988 as amended
What personal Information is collected by GoGo&Co ?
GoGo&Co collects personal information relating to you from the information you provide to us online. The information collected may include but is not limited to, details such as your name, e-mail address or information about what you like and do not like.
GoGo&Co does not aim to collect sensitive information about you such as details of your race, political beliefs, philosophical beliefs, association membership, sexual preferences or practices, police record, religion or health. However if you provide us with such information (a) by providing us with the information you consent to our collection and use of it; and (b) we agree not to disclose the information to any other party without your consent.

The purpose of GoGo&Co in collecting your personal information is to help us determine offers and promotions that you may find attractive and of benefit plus to fill your orders once you have purchased from us

You have a right to seek access to information, which GoGo&Co holds about you (although there are some exceptions to this). You also have the right to ask us to correct information about you which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
If you wish to exercise your right under the Australian Privacy Acts to seek access to the personal information held by GoGo&Co, then please address your request in writing to our Privacy Officer & through our contact form.
Please note that in the interests of protecting the privacy of all our customers, if you request details of any personal information held by us, we will need to identify you properly. To do this, we may telephone you or require your current name and address (any former addresses that may assist in identification) and a copy of a form of identification such as a current driver’s licence or passport.
We will assume, unless you tell us otherwise, that your request relates to our current records about you. This will include the personal information about you, which is held on our databases and files. Generally, we will not charge you for our costs of providing access to our current records about you.
If you are of the view that personal information about you is not accurate, complete or up to date, please provide our Privacy Officer with your request for correction (contact details are set out below). Any requests for correction will be dealt with promptly.

Returns and exchanges
Our GoGo&Co goal is to provide our customers with the best possible customer experience. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days, no questions asked (although feedback at GoGo&Co. is always welcomed).
The item being returned must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
At GoGo&Co we say no, no to faulty items. Our items are all of the highest standard & quality controlled.
If however, you receive a faulty or damaged item please email us within 30 days of delivery and we can offer an exchange, or refund should the product be unavailable.
How to make a return or exchange
Email us and let us know if you would like to make an exchange or require a refund. We will provide you with a postal address to return the product to.
Please email us here at GoGo&Co. with your new selection & return the item to be exchanged after we have forwarded you with our return address. Once we have received the product a new invoice will be sent with shipping details & once the invoice is settled, we will forward you the exchanged product immediately.
Please email us to discuss your return & for a returning address & send the item back to us immediately. Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned item in it’s original condition.

NB. GoGo&Co is not responsible for customer returns that are not received. We do not refund for gift wrapping services.
